Erstwhile National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP) and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has returned gratitude to God for His faithfulness and grace over his life and family as he turns 68 in health despite the devises of the enemies who wished him bad.

The APC Chief said the 365-day journey was marked with opportunities and challenges, which provided platforms for learning, unlearning and relearning. He said God has remained committed to His covenant with him and his immediate family, which he described as the best any man can get, particularly with the support of his loving wife, Evang. Ada Chioma Eze.

Extending gratitude to friends and associates who supported his struggle in reshaping the thoughts of many Nigerians on the great future that awaits the country and her people, Eze said, their contributions in the journey cannot be overemphasised, stressing that as a people, Nigerians must unite to ensure visionary leaders are henceforth voted into office to drive the process of rebuilding the country.

Eze affirmed that without the support and understanding of his Media Aides and Partners, there is no way he could have accomplished the much as he has achieved so far. “For your patience with me, I know that we will have a very great future to share, no matter the odds,” Eze added, expressing appreciation to his wife and children for all their support and prayers.

Chief Eze thanked especially his Principal, Associate and brother, Rt. Hon. Barr Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, who, against all odds, has stood with him all these years. Praying God to pay and reward him accordingly.

In the same vein, he pays accolades to his political father, Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of Nigeria, who nurtured him to national politics and sent him to Rivers State to accomplish most of the things he is currently doing. Atiku, affirming his relationship with Eze, stated, “Happy birthday to Chief Eze. A long-time loyal friend and confidant. Wish you many happy returns. Enjoy your day.”

Atiku went further to issue a statement that has gone viral, “Over the decades that I have known Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, I have come to the inevitable conclusion that he is a restless democrat who is hellbent on instilling responsible and responsive leadership traits in political leaders.

Indeed, Eze is a man of many parts, who has distinguished himself in every calling. He is a journalist of repute, prolific writer, and a great manager of men and resources. He is also a philanthropist, sports development enthusiast, media consultant par excellence, deeply religious, humane, vocal and an advocate of good democratic governance.

On behalf of my family, I join Chief Eze and his family and friends in celebration on his 68th birthday. May the Almighty God grant him more years in good health and service”. -AA

He recalls Prince Tonye Princewill whom without him, his stay at Port Harcourt would have not been possible.

Eze expressed happiness that with Peter Obi formally joining ADC with his supporters, Nigerians are now assured that the movement to rescue Nigeria from the hands of the most vicious, inhuman, and wicked leadership that lacks any form of compassion based on their policies targeted to ensure that pains get to all Nigerians, is a success story in the pipeline. He pleads with Obi, Atiku and Amaechi and others to fully unite and salvage Nigeria from this administration that has made this country a laughing stock before the international community.

Eze highlighted that the only birthday gift he expects from Nigerians is to unite as a nation and ensure that Tinubu doesn’t stay a day longer after 29th May 2027.
