I sincerely join the Host of Heaven, Associates, Friends, and brethren to celebrate one of the finest political strategists of this dispensation, Dr Jackson OMENAZU as he celebrates his 59 sojourns on this planet Earth
I have watched many Opinion Leaders but I have not seen a man like Dr. OMENAZU who has redefined loyalty and pursued progressive programs for the betterment of humanity. A man who is not afraid to demonstrate and lead demonstrations for genuine reasons to improve our country Nigeria.
He is a reputed and respected Media Mogul, detribilized, a great voice in the politics of Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo and a Civil Society leader iof repute n Nigeria. Ready to sacrifice his life for any course he believes in. One of his great roles for a better Rivers State was demonstrated when he led and spoke during a demonstration held to protest against the suspension of governorship elections in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on March 11, 2019. – Several thousands of people on that very day protested against the suspension of governorship elections in Nigeria’s volatile Rivers state following widespread disruption to the vote.
The then positive All Progressives Congress and not the present APC being bastardized by Tinubu and Wike marched with civil society groups in the state capital, Port Harcourt, calling for results to be announced.
The corporate communications department of the International Society for social justice and human rights. (ISSJHR) captured this golden man aptly when they stated, “Dr OMENAZU is A trailblazer, a born thinker, a chartered rebel, media mogul, political critique, Godly, a socialist, an all-round philosopher, defender of the unjust, our founder, southern warhead. Words can’t be enough to express how happy and fulfilling it has been, working with you.”
A very vocal and detribalised Nigerian whose voice is well respected within Southern part of Nigeria particularly within the Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo the great apex body uniting all Igbos all over the world
When Tinubu and Wike decided to make Rivers State a laughing stock, Dr. Jackson stood and fought with other progressive elements against the injustice and wickedness of these two political actors while many others prefer to be watching from the sideline.
I doffed my cap to this enigma when he turned down millions of Naira offered to him by some undemocratic and unprogressive elements led by Nyesom Wike to join them in their politics of decimating the peace of Rivers State.
I join thousands of his numerous Admirers and Lovers to celebrate this Icon of this dispensation and pray to God to grant him greater years ahead for better services to humanity.
